1. Item 17 of the Regulations on temporary administration of the insurer approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 20, 2009 No. 108 (рег. No. 2058 of December 22, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 52, Art. 582), to state in the following edition:

"17. The report of temporary administration of the insurer is constituted in triplicate (on one for the Ministry of Finance, court to which the application of the Ministry of Finance for liquidation of the insurer, and the insurer is directed), signed by all members of temporary administration of the insurer, affirms the head of temporary administration of the insurer. Sheets of the report of temporary administration of the insurer shall be numbered and stitched.".
