1. Approve the enclosed Rules about procedure for informing the population and the organizations about condition of industrial safety (daleepravil).
2. To chiefs of departments on emergency situations of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty according to the approved Rules to make necessary changes and additions to the existing plans of the notification of the population about threat and emergence of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the director of the department of Civil defense, military units and rapid response Satylganov D. D.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
