Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About militia" of May 17, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 5, Art. 352; 2006, No. 3, Art. 148; 2007, No. 7, Art. 663; 2008, No. 6, Art. 450; 2009, No. 12, Art. 820; 2011, No. 3, Art. 156, No. 6, Art. 438, No. 12, Art. 835; 2012, No. 4, Art. 251, No. 7, Art. 692, No. 8, Art. 821, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1023; 2013, No. 3, Art. 183, Art. 184, No. 12, Art. 884, Art. 885; 2014, No. 11, Art. 649; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 569; 2018, No. 1, Art. 13) following amendments:

1. The second articles 19 after the word "registration" to add part with the words "and except documents, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan, also represents declarations on the income and property status".

2. Add with article 19 (2) the following content:

"Article 19 (2). Submission of declarations on the income and property status by police officers

Police officers (except for the technical employees, and service personnel) according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, represent declarations on the income and property status.".
