1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of April 6, 2015 No. 197 the following changes:

- in Item 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "1 - 23-2" with figures "1 - 23-3";

word in paragraph three to "appendix 24" shall be replaced with words "to appendices 24 - 24-4";

- in paragraph one of Item 7 of the word "appendix 24" shall be replaced with words "appendices 24 and 24-4";

- add   with appendices 23-3 and 24-4 in edition according to   appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution.

2. To the ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
