About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 340-Z "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "and other state organizations exercising departmental control" ", exercising control of activities";

from the paragraph of the thirteenth word "not being genetically engineered organisms" to exclude;

to exclude from the paragraph of the fifteenth word "Republic of Belarus";

to state the paragraph of the twenty second in the following edition:

"sanitary and epidemiologic requirements - requirements to safety and harmlessness for the person of factors of the circle of its dwelling, conditions of organization activity, physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs used by them the territories, capital structures (buildings, constructions), rooms, the equipment, vehicles and also to safety and harmlessness of products, technologies of its production, the product circulation, including products constituting potential danger for life and health of the population;";

from the paragraph of the twenty eighth word "not being opportunistic genetically engineered organisms" to exclude.

2. In Article 2:

to add part one after the words "and (or)" with the word "international legal";
