1. Approve enclosed Regulations on National communication agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Agency), its structure and the scheme of management.

2. Establish the extreme number of employees of the Agency in number of 126 established posts (without service personnel), including:

- central office - 36 established posts;

- technical centers, territorial podrazdeleniy90 established posts.

3. Determine that the Agency is legal successor in the field of communication of the National agency of information resources, technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the National agency of information resources, technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 22, 2005 No. 387.

5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of strategic development and examination of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
