Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2016 No. 399-Z "About the state environmental assessment, strategic ecological assessment and environmental impact assessment" the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The state environmental assessment - establishment of compliance of the planned project and other decisions (further - project decisions) containing in preproject (pre-investment), project and (or) other documentation (further if other is not provided, - documentation), to requirements of the legislation on environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, and the project decisions containing in preproject (pre-investment) documentation, town-planning projects - also to regulations of town-planning development and use of the territories.";

add Article with Item of 31 following contents:

"31. Building - joint construction, reconstruction in certain territory of capital structures (buildings, constructions) of housing and welfare appointment, the objects of engineering infrastructure connected by unity of space-planning, technology solutions and priority of implementation.";

in Item 6 of the word "results of the carried-out assessment" shall be replaced with words to "the carried-out assessment";

in Item 12 of the word "results of the carried-out strategic ecological assessment" shall be replaced with words to "the carried-out strategic ecological assessment".

2. Article in paragraph four 4, to Article 8, the name, paragraph one of Item 1 and Item 2 of Article 11, Item 1 of Article 13, paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 17 and subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of Article 20 of the word "the Republic of Belarus" to replace circles with the word "circles".
