1. Make change to Item 2 of the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of the public sector of economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, Art. 383, No. 59, Art. 1945, No. 62, Art. 2034; 2016, No. 5, Art. 274; 2018, to No. 29, the Art. 1021), having stated the second offer of paragraph two in the following edition: "Temporary assignment of fulfillment of duties of heads of the specified companies or appointment of such heads as the acting as is performed by the subject of management after approval of the corresponding candidates of persons by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.".

2. To subjects of management of objects of state-owned property to two weeks to introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine drafts of acts of approval of persons to whom fulfillment of duties of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy or such heads appointed the acting as is temporarily assigned.
