Article 1. Bring in the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 the following changes:

1. In Article 130:

to add the name of Article with words ", rehabilitation of Nazism";

the paragraph one of part 1 to add with the words "and equally intentional actions for rehabilitation of Nazism".

2. In Article 328:

in the paragraph the second the word of "five" to replace parts 2 with the word of "three";

in the paragraph the second the word of "eight" to replace parts 3 with the word of "six".

3. Add the Code with Articles 331-1 and 331-2 of the following content:

"Article 331-1. Inducement of the athlete to use of substance and (or) the method included in the Republican list of the substances and methods prohibited in sport
