About approval of Aviation rules of Ukraine "Maintenance of the flight validity of aircrafts and aviation products, components and the equipment and approval of the organizations and personnel involved in accomplishment of these tasks" (Extraction)

According to Article 11, parts three of article 42 of the Air code of Ukraine, to the Law of Ukraine "About the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law" and for the purpose of implementation of Regulations of the European Commission of November 26, 2014 (EU) No. 1321/2014 (with amendments, considering Regulations of the European Commission of September 16, 2015 (EU) No. 2015/1536) I ORDER:

1. Approve Aviation rules "Maintenance of the flight validity of aircrafts and aviation products, components and the equipment and approval of the organizations and personnel involved in accomplishment of these tasks" (further - Aviation rules) which are applied.

2. (Ovchinnikov V. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the flight validity:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official site;

development till June 30, 2019 of all necessary procedures connected with introduction of Aviation rules.

3. Determine that:

1) the certificates of review of the flight validity issued according to the Rules on maintenance of the flight validity (Part-M) approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of February 10, 2012 No. 85, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2012 for No. 333/20646 (with changes) (further - Rules on maintenance of the flight validity (Part-M)), remain in force during the effective period established in them;
