Being guided by Item 20 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental impact assessment" of June 12, 2018 the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides Millie's No. 1175-VQ

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About ecological safety" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 471; 2004, No. 2, Article 57; 2006, No. 12, Article 1005; 2007, No. 12, Article 1211; 2013, No. 3, Article 208; 2019, No. 1, Article 20) to make the following changes:

1.1. Add Article 5 with part 3 following of content:

"3. According to drafts of state programs, stipulated in Item 1.3 parts of 1 this Article, according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental impact assessment", the document of the strategic ecological assessment (SEA) is prepared and the state environmental assessment of this document is carried out.";

1.2. Under Article 9:

1.2.1. to state Item 1.1 of part 1 in the following edition:

"1.1. the activities performed without creation of the document of environmental impact assessment (EIA) on the types of activity provided in appendix to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental impact assessment" and without conducting the state environmental assessment of this document and also other activities which does not require evaluating impact on the environment, however which is object of the state environmental assessment and is performed without the positive conclusion of the state environmental assessment;";

1.2.2. to state Item 2.1 of part 2 in the following edition:
