Being guided by Item 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of reduction of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social adaptation of persons exempted from serving sentence in penal institutions" in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About preschool education" of Millie the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
Bring in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social adaptation of persons exempted from serving sentence in penal institutions" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 7, Article 710; 2011, No. 12, Article 1088) following changes:
1. in Article 13.1 of the word of "secondary vocational professional and technical professional education" shall be replaced with words "professional and additional education".
2. in Article 13.2 to replace the word "educational" with the word "educational".
