About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance"

Being guided by Item 15 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About unemployment insurance" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2017, No. 8, Article 1514) the following changes:

"7.1.3-1. carry out electronic monitoring of observance of requirements of this Law by insurers, inform the body (organization) established by relevant organ of the executive authority on results of monitoring;";
