Broadcast of draw of prize fund of lottery with draw or the combined lottery can be performed in coordination with authorized body with the frequency established by regulations of the organization and carrying out lottery, at the same time it can be broadcast on television during the period from 22:00 to 07:00, and its general duration cannot exceed 30 minutes.
The organizer of lottery has the right to advertizes lottery on the Internet. The advertizing established by this paragraph is forbidden to be performed by means of for the children and young people, educational, medical websites. And on the information websites the advertizing approved by this paragraph shall not exceed more than 20 percent of this website.
