Article 1

"The federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of education" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 6 of Article 2 of the word "depending on the education level the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the general education or the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the higher education";
