Article 1

Article 2

Bring in article 14.2 of the Federal Law of July 31, 1998 No. 155-FZ "About internal sea waters, the territorial sea and contiguous zone of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 31, Art. 3833; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4186) following changes:
