About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Territories of the Advancing Social and Economic Development in the Russian Federation" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, Art. 26; No. 29, Art. 4339; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4185; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7542; 2018, No. 1, Art. 70) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) in Item 1 of the word "innovative and others" shall be replaced with words "innovative infrastructures, infrastructure facilities of seaports and objects of others";

b) in Item 3 of the word "education, on which" shall be replaced with words "education, and (or) water areas of water objects on which";

2) in Article 3:

a) "administrative-territorial educations" to add part 1.1 after words with the words "or are not located in the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District";

b) add with part 1.3 following of content:

"1.3. Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation on creation of the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the territories of monoprofile municipalities (monotowns) which are included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and are located in the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District, are accepted according to this Article.";

c) in part 2:

in Item 3 of the word", established by the customs legislation of the Customs union" shall be replaced with words "according to the right of the Eurasian Economic Union and the legislation of the Russian Federation";
