proceeding from mutual aspiration to further development of cooperation in the field of geodesy, cartography, the inventory, remote sensing of Earth, and also interdisciplinary sciences and technologies;

aiming to create favorable conditions for such cooperation in the field of geodesy, cartography, the inventory and remote sensing of Earth,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The cooperation within this Agreement will be performed with involvement of the relevant organizations of the Parties and can wear the following uniforms:

- carrying out land and cartographic works;

- exchange of scientific and technical information in the field of geodesy, cartography, the inventory and remote sensing of Earth;

- exchange of information, the concerning geographical study of the territory of the Parties and updating of the contents of maps caused by changes in administrative-territorial division, changes of names of geographical objects, development of road net, etc.;

- exchange of cartographic products (maps, atlases, etc.) which are turned out by both Parties;

- development and implementation of interstate programs in the field of geodesy, cartography, the inventory and remote sensing of Earth;

- accomplishment of joint research design operations;

- experience exchange of work between the land, cartographic organizations and educational institutions;

- training and training of specialists in geodesy and cartography;

- provision of consulting services;

- other forms of cooperation as agreed by the parties.

Specific are whole, tasks and conditions of cooperation within this Agreement will be determined between the organizations - contractors of the Parties.
