Article 1

Bring in notes to article 14.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2005, No. 27, Art. 2719; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4208; 2015, No. 24, Art. 3367; 2016, No. 1, Art. 28; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4814) following changes:

The note 2 after words "Federal Law" to add 1) with the words "of June 8, 2015 No. 140-FZ";

To add 2) with the note 3 following of content:

"3. The note 2 is applied also to person who is the customs applicant or person, information on whom contains in the special declaration submitted during the third stage of declaring according to the Federal Law of June 8, 2015 to No. 140-FZ "About voluntary declaring by physical persons of assets and accounts (deposits) in banks and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
