About introduction of amendments to article 8 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation"

Item 1 in paragraph one the word "electee" shall be replaced with words 1) "the appointed (electee)";
To add 2) with item 4 of the following content:
"4. The judge is sworn in within one month from the date of appointment (election) to position.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
