"To the judges of federal courts staying in resignation, certificates of the judge are signed and issued by the chairman of justices in whom they worked as the judge just before resignation. To the judges of the constitutional (authorized) courts of subjects of the Russian Federation, magistrate judges staying in resignation, certificates of the judge are signed and issued according to the procedure, established by the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation.".
