About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107
According to Item 6 of Article 256 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. In Items 3 and 5 of the list of the types of goods which are not relating to goods for private use (appendix No. 6 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission from December 20, 2017 No. 107), to replace the word "moved" with the word "imported".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
