About modification of the Regulations on implementation of assessment of stability of banks and bank system of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, 67 and 70 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of determination of necessary level of capital adequacy ratios of banks in case of their reorganization by accession the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make to the section III of the Provisions on implementation of assessment of stability of banks and bank system of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2017 No. 141 (with changes), such changes:

1) undressed after Item 21 to add with new Item 21-1 of the following content:

"21-1. The National Bank in case of reorganization of banks by accession and representation of reorganization by participating banks to National Bank of documents for receipt of permission to reorganization / the pre-trial detention about approval of the draft of the plan of reorganization constituted according to requirements of the Regulations on features of reorganization of the bank for the decision of its owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 189, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2008 for No. 845/15536 (with changes), determines/reviews for bank legal successor the necessary level of capital adequacy ratios taking into account the expected effect of reorganization.
