"1) provides acceptance and payment of actually performed works, in terms and procedure which are established by legal acts or the agreement.

If actual expenses of the contractor turned out less than that which were considered in case of determination of the price (creation of the estimate and transport scheme of delivery of construction materials, products and designs), the customer makes payment of the performed works on the price provided by the agreement, except for case when the design estimates were constituted by the contractor independently and/or by its order.
