The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are hereinafter referred to as with "Parties", aiming at establishing bonds in the field of judicial examination and considering that strengthening of the available relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation is equitable to national interests of both countries, for the purpose of further strengthening of the relations by development of cooperation in the field of the right and law-enforcement practice, agreed as follows:
The parties perform cooperation in the field of work on the main problems of judicial examination, creation new and enhancement of the existing methods and techniques of expert research, experience exchange of expert practice.
When implementing cooperation of the Party communicate with each other directly and through the Uzbek Republican criminalistic center of H.Suleymanova and the Kiev research institution of judicial examination of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The parties will develop cooperation in the field of judicial examination in the following activities which are within their competence:
- joint development of methods and techniques in the field of judicial examination;
- exchange of information about research and developmental developments, about the new educational, methodical and reference media;
- direct exchange of methodical, scientific, reference books and documentation;
- reviewing of scientific developments;
- rendering the scientific and methodical and practical help each other in questions of scientific and expert activities;
- holding joint seminars, rates for development of new methods and techniques;
- exchange of specialists for passing of training.
