About activities of sports and shooting complex

For the purpose of promoting in the Republic of Belarus practical and bench firing, patriotic education of youth, development of military and historical tourism and formation in the society of culture of weapon handling:

1. Determine that SZAO "ENERGO-OIL" within ensuring activities of the sports and shooting complex of the specified organization located in the territory of the Minsk district (further - shooting complex), realizes the following tasks:

training in bench and practical firing, including from fighting *, office and civil weapon;

preserving memory of military history and patriotic education of youth of Belarus;

development of military and historical tourism;

development and maintenance in the society of traditions and culture of weapon handling, skills of safe handling of it.

* For the purposes of this Decree the military weapon is understood as the neokholoshchenny and (or) not given to weapon of educational type military weapon (including historical and antiquarian), data on which do not constitute the state secrets.

2. In case of realization of the tasks listed in Item 1 of this Decree, SZAO "ENERGO-OIL" for the purpose of ensuring activities of shooting complex has the right according to the procedure, determined by the legislation concerning traffic in weapons, taking into account the features provided by this Decree:

acquire in property office and civil weapon and ammunition to it, to perform repair and upgrade of such weapon, equipment of ammunition to fire smooth-bore weapon;

receive in property on a grant basis according to the decision of the President of the Republic of Belarus from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, other military forming and paramilitary organizations, customs authorities and bodies of prosecutor's office (further - military forming and paramilitary organizations) military weapon and ammunition to it, during operation of such weapon to perform its repair and upgrade;

acquire, including at military forming and paramilitary organizations, ammunition to military weapon;
