The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Ukraine, being guided by need of further development of cooperation between the countries in the field of the international automobile communication, aiming to facilitate implementation of automobile communication between both countries, and also transit across their territory to the third countries wishing to settle these questions in the spirit of mutual assistance, cooperation and mutual advantage,

decided to sign this agreement and for this purpose appointed representatives:

from the Government of the Republic Uzbekistangosudarstvenno-joint-stock corporation of road transport Uzavtotrans

from the Government of Ukraine - the Ministry of transport of Ukraine

which after exchange of the plenipotentiaries determined in the appropriate order agreed as follows:

Article 1

Contracting parties will mutually promote implementation and development of automobile communication between both parties, and also transit across their territories to the third countries.

Article 2

According to this agreement it is necessary to understand such transportations which are performed along the routes approved between competent authorities of Contracting Parties, the published schedules and rates as regular transportations of passengers by buses.

Article 3

1. Passengers by buses according to this agreement will be transported based on permissions.

2. Regular transportations of passengers by buses shall be performed based on the permissions issued by mutual consent of Contracting parties by competent authorities. The competent authority of each Contracting Party issues permission to that site of route whom passes on its territory.

3. Permission is not required on accomplishment of transportations of passengers by buses.

a) if the group of the same structure is transported by the same bus throughout all trip which begins and comes to an end in the territory of that Contracting Party as which the bus belongs or is registered;
