Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2004 No. 288-Z "About the state awards of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. In Article 2, 3, Article parts four 68, to Article 71 and part one of Article 74 of the word "legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace Article parts two with the word "legislation" in the corresponding case.
2. In Article 8 part four:
to exclude from paragraph one of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in the paragraph the second "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace words with the word "legislation".
3. State Article 13 in the following edition:
"Article 13. Mother's award
Mothers are awarded the order the women who gave rise and (or) brought up five and more children - citizens of the Republic of Belarus.
Rewarding with award of Mother is made in case of achievement of one year by the fifth child of age and in the presence in living other children of this mother.
In case of rewarding with award of Mother also children are considered:
adopted (adopted) in the procedure established by the legislation, including reached age of majority;
the dead or missing persons in case of protection of the Fatherland and its state interests, execution of civic duty on rescuing of human life, law enforcement and law and order who died as a result of wound, mutilations, diseases got under the specified circumstances or as a result of labor mutilation (except as specified when the labor injuries are sustained because of alcoholic, drug, toxic intoxication, mutilation) or occupational disease.
Rewarding with award of Mother of the women who adopted (adopted) child(children) is made after five years from the date of its adoption (adoption).
