Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 1998 the following changes:

1. To exclude from the paragraph of the twelfth of Article 1 and part five of Article 309 of the word "Republic of Belarus".

2. In part one of Article 5 of the word "the laws of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "laws".
