About change of the laws concerning effective functioning of military organization of the state

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 1992 No. 1914-XII "About conscription and military service" the following changes:

1. To add article 12 after part one with part of the following content:

"Military commissariats (separate divisions) for implementation of military accounting obtain on a grant basis personal data of the citizens consisting or obliged to stay on the military registry of recruits and persons liable for call-up by means of the nation-wide automated information system and (or) otherwise. Collection, processing and provision of personal data of the specified citizens are performed without their written consent with observance of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on information security, distribution and (or) provision of which is limited.".

2. In Article 32:

the third and fourth to state parts in the following edition:

"The draft deferment on compulsory military service, service in reserve for continuation of education is provided for training:

the pupil getting the general secondary education;

the pupil getting vocational training, secondary vocational education in education presentia, to the students who are getting higher education the I step in education presentia;

to the citizens studying in organizations of education in education presentia abroad including in the directions of republican state bodies (the state organizations) within implementation of state programs.
