About modification of some legal acts concerning activities of local government bodies

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1004) the following changes:

Part 2 of Article 14 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The number of the members of local community having rights of local rule-making initiative is established taking into account population of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit:

1) the cities of Bishkek, Osh - 5000 members;

2) city and ayylny keneshes (on population of administrative and territorial unit as of January 1 of year in which elections according to statistical data are held):

a) to 6000 - 300 members;

b) from 6001 to 20000 - 600 members;

c) from 20001 and above - 1000 members.";

3) in Article 21:

a) to state paragraph two of part 5 in the following edition:

"In case of consolidation of deputies of the city kenesh presidency in the permanent commission on the budget and finance is transferred to the coalition of fractions of the majority to fraction or the coalition of fractions of minority, except as specified, when in the city kenesh there are no fractions or the coalition of fractions of minority.";

b) add Article with part 6 of the following content:

"6. The procedure for forming and activities of deputy fractions, the coalitions of fractions is established by regulations of the city kenesh.";
