1. The exceeding of average daily regulation of supply of gas to industrial consumer caused by temperature fluctuations during the autumn and winter period can be covered at the expense of technological inventory of gas from gas storages, and also from other sources of the supplier in coordination with the owner of gas (if the supplier is not owner) and the transporter. In this case above-standard gas offtake cannot exceed 5% of average daily regulation of delivery (consumption) of gas.

10. In case of exceeding of average daily regulation of retail sale of gas the industrial consumer more than for 5%, to the transporter in coordination with the supplier is granted the right to carry out forced restriction of supply of gas to average daily regulation of delivery (consumption) of gas after three hours from the moment of the warning of it of the consumer.

11. Irregularity of supply of gas on months is allowed only by its delivery to residential and household customers.
