About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of the solution of state significant tasks on physical training and sports training of children and youth I decide:
1. "About some questions of lease and free use by property" to state subitem 2.13 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2012 to No. 150 in the following edition:
"2.13. legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to whom the real estate which is in state-owned property, and also property of economic societies in which authorized funds more than 50 percent of shares (shares) are in property of the Republic of Belarus and (or) its administrative and territorial units is transferred to free use shall compensate to loaner (if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus) the following expenses connected with content and operation of this real estate:
charged depreciation (except as specified when agreement parties are state-financed organizations);
the land tax or the rent for the parcel of land, the real estate tax;
charges, operation, capital and running repair of this real estate, sanitary content, also cold water supply, water disposal (sewerage), gazo-, electro-also heat supply, maintenance of the elevator, the address with solid utility waste and other services according to the procedure, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is hotter. Loan recipients have the right to incur the specified costs independently.
Do not refund to loaners the expenses connected with content and operation of real estate:
the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs organizing food of pupils in organizations of the general average, special, vocational training, special teaching and educational facilities, special medical and educational facilities;
