Article 1. Bring in part 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 25, 2015 "About checks of activities of business entities" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1115; 2017, Art. No. 7-9, 578) following changes and amendment:
