About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2013 No. 545

Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2013 No. 545 "About approval of the list of the organizations having the right to perform collection and conversion of scrap and waste of the precious metals according to legal acts of the Republic of Belarus establishing according to the legislation procedure for acceptance and transfer of the values which are stored at them in fund of conversion of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Belarus and modification of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 1999 No. 1467" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About determination of the list of the organizations having the right to perform collection and conversion of scrap and waste of precious metals";
1.2. "and Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2013 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 19, 2006 No. 260" to exclude No. 49 from word preamble;
1.3. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Determine the list of the organizations having the right to perform collection and conversion of scrap and waste of precious metals, according to appendix.";
1.4. add the resolution with appendix it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
