According to the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of the term "person with disability" and derivative of it", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 02, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. In Item 11 of appendix 4 to the Procedure for submission to Administration of the President of Ukraine of materials according to pleas for mercy of convicts and accomplishment of presidential decrees of Ukraine about pardon approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 28, 2012 No. 1439/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 1, 2012 for No. 1667/21979, the word "disabled person" shall be replaced with words "person with disability".
2. Department of the public law of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kravchenko L. M.) shall submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Chernyshev D. V.
