Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About establishment of military ranks, class ranks, special class ranks and special ranks" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 8, the Art. 396) the following changes:

average military and special ranks - from the second lieutenant to the captain inclusive;

the senior military and special ranks - from the major to the colonel inclusive;

the highest military and special ranks - from the major general above.

Special ranks of staff of Tax Services are subdivided on:

average special ranks - from the junior inspector of Tax Service to the inspector of Tax Service of 1 rank inclusive;

the senior special ranks - from the adviser of Tax Service 3 ranks to the adviser of Tax Service of 1 rank inclusive;

the highest special ranks - from the counselor of state of Tax Service 3 ranks above.

Class ranks of persons holding political state positions, special state positions include the highest class ranks - from the counselor of state of the public civil service 3 classes to the counselor of state of the public civil service of 1 class inclusive.

Class ranks of persons holding political municipal positions are subdivided:

on senior class ranks - from the adviser of municipal service 3 classes to the adviser of municipal service of 1 class inclusive;
