Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 19, 2009 "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 316; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 828; 2012,, No. 12 of h 1, Art. 1006; 2015, No. 11, Art. 972; 2016, No. 5, Art. 370; 2019, No. 1, Art. 33) following changes:

1. Regarding 1 Article 8:

- 10) to state Item in the following edition:

"10) data on the authorized (share) capital, authorized fund;";

- in Item 14) shall be replaced with words the words "in the authorized capital" "in the authorized (share) capital".

2. In Article 11:

- in Item 3) speak rapidly 2 words "part one of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the competition and restriction of monopolistic activities in the goods markets" shall be replaced with words "part 1 of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On protection of the competition";

- regarding 4 words of "authorized capital" shall be replaced with words "the authorized (share) capital, authorized fund".

3. In part 5 of Article 27 of the word "authorized capital" shall be replaced with words "the authorized (share) capital".
