1. Approve the Regulations on system of the interlibrary subscription and delivery of documents of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (is applied) provided by Section according to the interlibrary subscription of the State Parties of the CIS under Interstate committee on scientific and technical development together with Executive committee of the CIS and considered by the Commission on economic problems.

2. This decision becomes effective from the date of signing.
