1. Bring in the inventory for which single health requirements (according to codes of the CN FEA EEU), Section 1 of Chapter II of Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to products (goods) which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control), No. approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 299, of change according to appendix are established.

2. Ask the Government of the Russian Federation to provide in accordance with the established procedure modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" (TR CU 021/2011) regarding establishment of admissible levels of content of glycidyl ethers of fatty acids in terms of glycidol and 3 monochlorpro-pan-diol.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date changes, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the Decision, but not earlier than after 180 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision.
