About modification of the Regulations on the state accreditation of educational activities

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the state accreditation of educational activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2013 No. 1039 "About the state accreditation of educational activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 47, Art. 6118; 2015, No. 3, Art. 576; No. 38, Art. 5283; 2016, No. 17, Art. 2422; 2018, No. 4, Art. 637; No. 42, Art. 6470).

Changes which are made to Regulations on the state accreditation of educational activities

1. In Item 7:

add the subitem "a" with the paragraph of the following content:

"confirmation of the accuracy of the information containing in the documents and materials placed by the educational organization or the organization performing training on the official site in Internet network;";

add the subitem "b" with the paragraph of the following content:

"confirmation of the accuracy of the information containing in the documents and materials posted by the individual entrepreneur on the official site in Internet network (in the presence).".

2. State Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The organization performing educational activities applies to the statement if other is not provided by this Provision:

a) the copy of the document on state registration of the organization performing educational activities according to the legislation of foreign state (for the foreign organizations performing educational activities);
