in the Rules of award of the educational grant for payment of the higher or postgraduate education with award of degree "bachelor" or "master" approved by the specified resolution:
1) and 2) of paragraph two of Item 21 to state subitems in the following edition:
"1) in scientific and pedagogical and profile magistracy with Kazakh or Russian of training, including in groups of the educational programs requiring creative preparation - at least 75 points;
2) in magistracy with training English - at least 50 points.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
