For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules on control of observance of the antitrust law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the course of economic concentration" of June 21, 2012 No. 431 the following changes:
in the Rules on control of observance of the antitrust law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the course of economic concentration approved by the specified resolution:
- the subitem of 1 Item 1 after words" (their associations)," to add with the words "if it leads to appearance of the business entity holding dominant position";
- to declare paragraph two of Item 8 invalid;
- in Item 17 of the word "no later than 10 days from the date of pronouncement of the relevant decision" shall be replaced with words "in the terms established by the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
