1. Take into consideration proposals of the Secretary general of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on practical measures on strengthening of role of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in fight against terrorism, religious extremism, by illegal migration and cross-border crime it (is applied).
2. Taking into account discussion of the made offers to charge to the Secretariat of the CSTO to carry out procedures of their approval of the states organization members by results of which to prepare the draft of the plan of measures for activation of counteraction to new challenges and safety hazards of state members of the CSTO and to submit it for consideration of the regular meeting of Committee of secretaries of the Security Councils.
