About measures for activation of interstate procedures for ratification of anti-terrorist conventions of the United Nations and the international treaties accepted within the Commonwealth of Independent States on counteraction to new challenges and threats

having heard and having discussed information of the General secretary to management of the Secretariat of Council of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States on condition of unification and harmonization of the anti-terrorist legislation of state members of the CSTO and holding interstate procedures for ratification of anti-terrorist conventions, solved:
1. Take into consideration information of the General secretary to management of the Secretariat of Council of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the specified question.
2. Recommend to offices of the Security Councils of state members of the CSTO to speed up work on support of interstate procedures on ratification of anti-terrorist conventions of the UN and the Convention of the UN against transnational organized crime with the protocols supplementing it, and also the international treaties accepted within the CIS on counteraction to new challenges and threats.
