Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 1, 2016 No. 119-FZ "About features of provision to citizens of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and located in the territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation which are part of the Far Eastern Federal District and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 18, Art. 2495; 2017, No. 1, Art. 43; No. 31, Art. 4796; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8429) following changes:

1) in Article 1 of the word "Republics of Sakha (Yakutia)" shall be replaced with words "The Republics of Buryatia, the Republics of Sakha (Yakutia), Zabaykalsky Krai,";

Article 7 to add 2) with Item 26 of the following content:

"26) the asked parcel of land is located in borders of the central ecological area of the Baikal natural territory.";

3) in Article 19:

a) 1 after the words "specified in article 1 of this Federal Law" to add part with words "(except for the Republic of Buryatia and Zabaykalsky Krai)";

b) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Provisions of this Federal Law on provision to citizens in free use of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and are located in the territories of the Republic of Buryatia and Zabaykalsky Krai, are applied since August 1, 2019.";
