in pursuance of the solution of SMID of April 27, 2003,

realizing provisions of the Memorandum of increase in efficiency of the Agreement on collective security and its adaptation to modern geopolitical situation of May 24, 2000,

proceeding from need of further development and enhancement of foreign policy interaction of gosudarstvchlen within the newly created Collective Security Treaty Organization solved:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning of the mechanism of coordination of foreign policy activities of state members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization it (is applied).

2. Consider invalid Regulations on procedure for carrying out consultations between the State Parties of the Agreement on collective security of March 28, 1997 and the Procedure for coordination of foreign policy activities of the State Parties of the Agreement on collective security of November 28, 2001.
