Bring in the Regulations on features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, annual amount of such purchases and procedure of payments of the specified amount approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "About features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 51, Art. 7438; 2015, No. 45, Art. 6259; 2016, No. 35, Art. 5339), following changes:
a) in Item 5 of figure "18" to replace with figures "20", to replace figures "15" with figures "18";
b) in Item 5 (figures "15" to replace 1) with figures "18".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
