Article 1

1) in Article 115 part two:

a) in the Item "in" the word "weapon, -" to replace with the word "weapon;";

b) add with the Item "g" of the following content:

"d) concerning person or his relatives in connection with implementation by this person of office activities or accomplishment of social duty, -";

2) Article 119 part two in paragraph one the word "groups, -" shall be replaced with words "groups, and it is equal in the relation of person or his relatives in connection with implementation by this person of office activities or accomplishment of social duty, -";

To add 3) with Article 124.1 of the following content:

"Article 124.1. Hindrance to delivery of health care
