About measures for enhancement of system of public administration
According to the subitem 5) of article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 17-1 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for the purpose of further enhancement of system of public service and anti-corruption I DECIDE:
1. Rename the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption into the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service.
Determine that the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service is authorized state body in the field of public service and control of respect for quality of rendering the state services.
2. Transform National bureau on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption to anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-corruption service) as state body, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Determine that the anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-corruption service) is the law enforcement agency performing identification, suppression, disclosure and investigation of corruption criminal offenses.
3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 11, 2008 No. 552 "About approval of the Regulations on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, Art. No. 12-13, 116) the following change and amendment:
in the List of state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the above-named Decree:
state the line "The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service and to Anti-corruption" in the following edition:
"Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service";
add with line of the following content:
